My name is John Walsh and I am the founder and CEO of the Navigate Real Estate Corporation.  I was born into the building and development business, where I gained a lifetime of unmatched experience about what happens behind the scenes when constructing and selling homes. As a custom home builder, I initially got my real estate license to save commissions on all of my sales, but after a while, I realized that my experiences and honesty about them helped all parties in the transaction feel more comfortable. I eventually had the realization that if I can help myself, I can help others too.  I bring an impeccable sales record, an engaging personality, and an insatiable desire to get my clients the best possible outcome regardless of the task at hand.  I am detail-oriented but most importantly at my core, I am a problem-solver, so you don’t have to be.  Trust me and my company to “navigate” you through this process as efficiently and effectively as possible.
