Corinne Schieffer is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise spanning both commercial and residential sectors. After spending 15 years in commercial real estate development, Corinne honed a deep understanding of large-scale projects, including site acquisition, planning, budgeting, and project management. This extensive background in commercial development laid the foundation for a smooth transition into residential real estate five years ago, where she has since excelled in guiding clients through buying, selling, and managing residential properties.
Corinne also holds a construction supervisor license, further expanding her ability to oversee and manage residential construction projects from the ground up. Having grown up in Dover, Massachusetts, and currently residing in Medfield, Corinne holds a deep understanding of the local towns and communities, and actively participates on multiple boards and committees. Co-president of the Special Education Parent Advocacy Council (SEPAC) in Medfield, Corinne has a deep passion for helping families with special needs navigate educational and community resources for their loved-ones. She was an active member of Medfield’s Open Space and Recreation Planning Committee and worked to produce a plan, adopted in 2023, that will guide the future of Medfield’s open space and recreation preservation, programming, management, and maintenance. She currently serves as an Associate Member of the Medfield Planning Board.
