5 properties accepted offers in Medfield last week, of 7 that were active on the market. That is great news for buyer confidence and a good indicator of a strong spring 2026, and also the benefit of listing a home earlier in the market when inventory is lower. Early spring market buyers are typically highly motivated with a specific goal in mind - town/neighborhood/timeline etc.
